Head of Sales

You will be a part of the management and work closely with the CEO and VP with creating a business plan and budget to develop and continuously improve the company. The position as Head of Sales includes responsibility for the sales department and their economy related matters. You will make sure that the Project Managers go through with the events in a successful way to make our customers satisfied. You will also be team leader together with our Head of Marketing, and your role is to work on creating a good group dynamics in the two teams. To succeed you will hold meetings with the teams once a week and set goals for the group as well as assigning tasks to our skilled Project Managers.

Requirements

·   You are currently enrolled as a student

·   Fluent in Swedish

·   Team player

·   Driven

If you have previous experience within sales and/or have been working in a leadership role it will be seen as an extra merit.
