As Head of Marketing you will be working creatively with graphic design and create marketing material for internal and external purposes. You will also be a part of the management and work with the recruitment process, create the business plan and budget to develop and continuously improve the company. The position as Head of Marketing includes responsibility for the marketing department and their economy related matters. You will also be team leader together with our Head of Sales, and your role is to work on creating a good group dynamics in the two teams. To succeed you will hold meetings with the teams once a week and set goals for the group as well as assigning tasks to our skilled Art Directors.

 

Requirements

·   You are currently enrolled as a student

·   Fluent in Swedish

·   Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

·   Team player

·   Able to work independently

If you have previous experience in creating graphic material for the purpose of marketing and have been working in a leadership role before, it will be seen as an extra merit.
