About the trainee program
During the trainee program you will be developed and challenged in various focus areas at some of Parker's units in West of Sweden. The program's total time is about 24 months and is divided into four periods of project work in R&D / technology, production / supply chain / quality and sales. At Parker, you are always given the benefit of working with sharp assignments, where you as a trainee lead projects based on real problems and opportunities for improvement within our business.
In order to give you a good understanding of Parker's global operations and to strengthen our international partnerships,
we also offer the opportunity for international placements. After your time as a trainee at Parker, you have a solid knowledge of our organization, business areas, products and company culture - and are ready to continue your career at Parker.
